Make Ice Cream With Kitchenaid Mixer
Set your stand mixer on high to whip the cream until stiff peaks begin to appear.
Make ice cream with kitchenaid mixer. Keep the blended berries in the refrigerator for minimum 2 hours. Put in the fridge to chill. Using the recipe we mentioned in the introduction. Do not keep them for more time otherwise.
Add the attachment to your stand mixer by sliding the dasher attachment onto the stand mixer. Churn about 25 30 minutes using your kitchenaid ice cream maker attachment. Whisk the cream for 4 5 minutes on high speed until high peaks form shown above. Mix sugar and milk in.
Attach the whisk attachment. Add your kitchenaid ice cream maker attachment freezer bowl to your stand mixer. Place in a freezer safe container and freeze for at least six hours to set before. Stop the mixer and add all remaining ingredients then blend on the slow setting.
Pour in 1 5 cups of heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract into the bowl of your mixer.
