Mixer Video Not Loading

Not sure if it helps but i have another laptop not having any issues with bringing up mixer site.

Mixer video not loading. Getting started video not loading question i am trying to access my broadcast settings but it s making me go through the getting started video but the video won t load and i won t let me get through the next step. Ftl allows for very low latency in comparison to the 15 seconds i get without it so it d be nice to get a fix for this as my friends like to use it to share gameplay to each other in near real time and i don t like having to open chrome if i don t have to. This end to end troubleshooting guide for issues viewing. I did try clearing history and that did not help. Both my stream and my friend s stream will display the generic stream paused image when we start our streams. I tried to send a message to support but it brought up the mixer site that is not working.
